THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND IT

A feel for repeatable results

The heart of iCTS is controlled tool compliance. It automatically compensates for component tolerances and contour deviations during machining while maintaining constant tool contact.

The result: stable processes, consistent surface quality and repeatable results - even with demanding geometries.

THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND IT.

All details at a glance

You can find integration options, application areas and technical data in our iCTS product brochure.

EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE.

Precise technology. Made in Germany.

Thanks to its compliant mounting, the iCTS tool system enables precise and controlled adaptation of the tool to the component surface.

The contact force can be precisely adjusted. This enables even demanding finishing processes to be automated reliably.

Tool wear and deviations in tool and workpiece referencing are compensated automatically.
