iPDS - The Intelligent Paste Dispensing System

With the iPDS, Hi-automize offers a paste dispensing system for machine-based or robot-integrated automation of diamond paste dispending. The dispensing system enables automated application, spreading and even high gloss polishing.





Value

The iPDS tool system follows the approach of machine-based and robot-integrated dispensing and application of polishing paste with stepless paste feed via compressed air.



The iPDS is also suitable for high-gloss polishing as a final processing step.
